Description
The SK Series Rubber Collets are high-performance clamping solutions developed by our company for CNC lathes, automatic lathes, bar feeders, and multi-axis machining centers. Featuring a rubber-insert design fully compatible with the German NANN SK series, the collets come with quick-replaceable rubber pads. You can replace the pads on-site in just 5 minutes without sending the entire collet back to the factory for vulcanization, significantly reducing downtime and boosting production efficiency.
This series offers excellent sealing performance, effectively preventing coolant, chips, and dust from entering, while delivering strong and uniform clamping force. It ensures the workpiece maintains extremely high concentricity and repeatability even under high-speed rotation. Whether you need smooth bore, serrated, round-groove, or unhardened (custom-machinable) versions, they meet various workpiece materials and processing requirements—making them the best choice for modern precision metalworking industries seeking stability and flexibility.
