Our Precision Manual Clamping Unit (MSKZ Series Equivalent) is a high-performance manual clamping device specially designed for modern CNC machining centers, 5-axis machines, and prototype manufacturing. Following the spirit of German precision engineering, we adopt the same high-rigidity structure and innovative design to deliver the ultimate stable workpiece clamping solution.
Whether installed horizontally or vertically, it enables rapid workpiece fixation. Thanks to the unique Pull-down effect, the workpiece is firmly pressed downward during machining, effectively preventing lift or displacement and significantly improving machining accuracy and surface quality. Operation requires only a 180° rotation of the handle to effortlessly complete loosening/clamping—saving time and effort. It is especially ideal for long workpiece processing or pairing with tailstocks.
The unit supports quick replacement of clamping heads and can be used with stationary workpiece stops or directly via the top cover aperture. With excellent installation flexibility, it is the optimal choice for small-to-medium batch production and high-precision machining.
