Description

The BE Series is a high-precision Push-Forward Power Chuck engineered specifically for advanced machining applications. Its unique mechanical design transcends the limitations of traditional workholding by integrating a "Stationary Collet" with a "Moving Inner Taper" technology.

During the clamping process, the spindle power drives the internal tapered mechanism forward. This movement engages the precision-ground surfaces to compress the collet, generating powerful radial clamping force. Because the collet remains in a fixed axial position (True Dead Length), it completely eliminates workpiece displacement errors during clamping, ensuring exceptional end-face positioning accuracy and repeatability. This series is ideal for CNC precision lathes, secondary machining (sub-spindle operations), and automated production environments with stringent length tolerance requirements.
